Slow running but clean orienteering till control 7. bad plan and execution on leg 7-8, then i was very disappointed. Another big mistake at 10-11, but where many others also did (it seems map wasn't ok with contours and vegetation)

Good feelings in my first national race of the year.
Slow in map reading cause of poor map(eye) contact.

So tired in the uphill, need to train a lot.

Middle race, day 1 of the 2019 edition of 3 Regions Cup FVG-Karnten-SLO

Good start without mistakes, just quite bad direction out of the control. Good attackpoints but slow micro routechoices (controls 14-16-17-21-22 )

Great course setting in the first part. Too long for a middle distance.

First race of the year. Chicken run (#tired eyes-norestraints) till control 6. No compass use means wrong direction.
Good flow in the butterfly. Wrong routechoice to control 21.
