Second day in the same place, same bad feeling as yesterday. Mistakes everywhere and slow speed resulted in another bad performance. Colours and contours didn't add up in many places.

Shitty race with too many mistakes, one of the worts of the last period. It felt like it was my first time holding a map and I didn't know what to do. The brain was disconnected since the beginning and I haven't been able to improve.

Ran the qualification slow, as a warm up, but still managed to do two blunders at controls 4 and 7. Number 15 was tricky, as I expected, but i read badly the map and did a mistake.
The final was better, not many mistakes but my legs weren't responding as I wanted them to do.

Ran slow because I didn't want to get tired with the 800 meters of climb. Didn't do any particular mistake, but I could have chosen different routes a few times.

Best training so far, legs were a lot tired after the hard intensity week but I still managed to run well and without big mistakes. I still could have gain 2 minutes, but I was satisfied.

Funny and fast, I made a few mistakes that costed the first position two times. Legs were really fast, the flow was great but I still need to fix something. A bad fall compromised the second interval.

Really fun course, very hard physically but worth the effort. Ran slow the first half (until 10th control), then went faster because I ran with Pietro. We finished really strong.

Ran fast near controls to make the choice with pressure (and kind of memory-execution), then ran slower during the route. Still managed to do some stupid mistakes, but legs were fast.

One big mistake at control 1, where I read badly the map and thought there was a passage through the uncrossable wall.The rest was ok, tried to have a great flow at slow pace.

Felt bad during the whole race, didn't really have a great pace. A few technical mistakes: control 10, slow choice of the route and wrong choice (also some problems with the image), almost forgot control 16 and bad choice to control 17

Finally a good race, only one mistake that costed half a minute tops on the routechoice to control 11. Great focus, still not really fast because i was trying to protect the ankle.

Climbed too much on the last part of the route to control 4, too high again on control 13, but worst part to control 18, where I went too much downhill.
Good feels generally, I'm getting used to the terrain but still taking it slowly.

Really big mistake al control 3, I should have climbed more mid-route, looked for the control in the open area north because it seemed possible to be right. Another mistake at control 13, I was headed to the correct direction, but it kinda felt wrong so I lost concentration. And last, strange route choice to control 20, my head was a little disconnected then.
Great race, a part from the two big mistakes :/

Started with a big mistake on control 2, the scale tricked me, I think. Control 7 was great until the end, then it looks like I put the map away and went by heart. The final part was hard mentally, I twisted really bad my ankle going to control, so I lost the little concentration I had left. The GPS speaks for itself.

Bad direction to control 2 and bad exit from control 3, should have belived in myself more to control 10. Stupid mistake to control 12, I saw another point and lost focus, same on control 17.
Really good race in the end, a part from these few imperfections, good speed and focus throughout the race.
